    Abstract: 在科技進步神速的今日,所有的產業將面臨空前的挑戰,如何運用技術技術成長策略將是企業建立並維持競爭優勢之不二法門。而技術取得策略的應用、企業本身的技術能力及引進技術的特性都將對技術成長的績效造成決定性的影響,實為研究的之重要議題。 本文嘗試利用主客觀對立思考方式, 將生產技術展開成一完整的觀察體系。而站在這觀察體系的基礎上,瞭解生產技術的特性,在以個案的技術能力(經驗及學習能力、推動及執行力、監控能力、資訊及溝通能力、材料特性規格、製程、機器性能、工廠應變能力)預估不同策略所能達成的績效,以作為企業技術引進績效評估與建議。其中採用派翠網路來塑模技術成長模式,利用派翠網路所具備嚴謹的數學理論,檢驗模型的安全性、可到達性、有限性、可反轉性等性質,再配合模糊數學進行動態模擬;最後以主客觀架構作為分析的概念,探討技術能力與技術策略的應用情形。策略影響發展經驗,而發展經驗又形成新的技術能力。反映這個問題特性,技術能力主要以主客觀架構作為分析的概念。第一章為研究架構的探討,第二章為背景知識的探討,第三章為技術成長模型建構與分析,第四章為探討技術能力與技術策略的應用情形,第五章為結論與建議。 Abstract Within the competitive environment with rapid progress of technology, a major challenge for all business is to acquire and utilize technology into produce process, and doubtless it is also the only way for them to establish and maintain competitive advantage. The form of technology acquisition, technological capabilities of business and imported technological characteristics are decisive influences to business technological innovation performance in the process of technology upgrade. This text utilize completed observation system to open up and to understand produced technology. Then according to technology capability of case to estimate results for different policies. Introduce to Petri net to model growth of technology mode, and examine the mode for safeness, reachable, bounded, and reverses. Then match up fuzzy to simulate, finally the solution to an integrated dynamic model. The first chapter is framework of study, the second chapter is background knowledge, the third chapter is model of establish and analyze ,the fourth to confer technology capability and application of policies, and the fifth chapter is conclusion.
