    Abstract: 摘要 本文將以鋁質電解電容器為主題,藉由動態可靠度模型的應用,與使用環境之特性對鋁質電解電容器退化參數-靜電容量的了解,藉由實際試驗樣品-鋁質電解電容器試驗的進行,取得真實的試驗數據,經過數據之處理得到分析所需之資料,再藉由動態可靠度模型進行鋁質電解電容器壽命預估之探討。利用不同之失效閾值(Threshold)的取值可得到對應的壽命值,藉由多項式迴歸方程式表現其所存在的趨勢,藉此可利用限有的數據進行壽命之預估,取得當電解電容器之靜電容量值退化至初始值之80﹪時之壽命預估值,此方式不僅可提供廠商參考以免去花費大量試驗所需之費用外,更可使消費者採購時得以利用此一評估方法取得所需要的可靠度資訊。 Abstract In this thesis, several life experiments of aluminum electrolytic capacitors are conducted. The data are then used to identify the parameters of (e,c,n) dynamic reliability model. Thereafter the life can be obtained. Through the identifications the life for different thresholds can be correlated by a regression formula as the threshold being the dependent variable.
