    Title: 燒結條件對鎢酸鋯陶瓷性質影響之研究;The research of sintering conditions` influence on zirconium tungstate

    Abstract: 鎢酸鋯是一個非常適合用來做熱補償的材料,由於其具有廣泛的線性膨脹範圍、較大之負膨脹係數以及受熱等向性收縮等特色,因而使其無論在電子構裝、光纖光柵(FBG)、光濾波器、生醫陶瓷、印刷電路板等方面皆有很大的發展與應用空間。 由於燒結條件與熱處理對於燒結體最終性質之影響仍付諸闕如,因此本研究除了以本實驗室開發出之陶瓷製程來製作鎢酸鋯陶瓷外,並改變燒結條件來探討其對陶瓷體之膨脹係數、機械強度、緻密性、成份及內部微結構所造成之影響;最後將近代所發展出之主導燒結曲線模型(Master Sintering Curve)結合應用於此,做一分析和預測。 由實驗結果顯示,要製作出胚體完整的鎢酸鋯陶瓷其燒結溫度必須在1150C以上。接著,若施以適當的退火處理除了能使陶瓷的膨脹係數趨於一穩定值外,在結構上也會促進陶瓷內部之微裂痕演化、癒合,進而使得陶瓷在切割時較不易斷裂。此外,隨著燒結溫度的增加所得之陶瓷其緻密性愈佳,在陶瓷的彈性模數方面所呈現的是一增大之趨勢,而在陶瓷負膨脹量方面所呈現的亦是稍微增加之趨勢。最後,以主導燒結理論配合回歸分析所找出之燒結活化能約為594kJ/mol,由回歸式所得之不同燒結條件下胚體相對密度預測值與預測線,可以看出以本系統所製作出之陶瓷相對密度最大僅可達88%,而在相對較高之燒結溫度其預測值較為準確,與實驗值之誤差僅約為1%。 Zirconium tungstate is a material which is very suitable for thermal compensation and beacuse of its broad linear,higer and isotropic thermal expansion so that it has lots of applications on electronic package,FBG,filter,bio-ceramic and printed circuit board. Because we still dont know the sinterin conditions and heat treatment influence on this ceramic`s properties,we not only make it ourselves but also change sintering conditions to investigate the influence on thermal expansion,mechanical properties,densification,content and microstructure.Finally,we use the master sintering curve model on our system to predict and analyze.
