    Abstract: 樹脂轉注成型(RTM)因其加工週期短,而且產品的精度與強度高、樣式易於變更,故近年來在航太,汽車及精密工業上的應用上日趨廣泛。當成品的尺寸太大,或纖維的滲透度太小時,便需要相當長的充填時間;因此本計畫擬使用射出壓縮轉注成型充填方式來縮短充填過程的時間。 本實驗採用透明壓克力製成模具配合視流法來分析,及模擬射出壓縮轉注成型在充填階段的流場狀態,再配合 理論(Buckingham Theorem )找出相關的製程參數,如入射壓力、壓縮壓力、間隙尺寸、空孔度、滲透率、表面張力、速度等其間的關係,並描繪成函數圖形;此外並與樹脂轉注成型做比較以找出其優點。 In recent years, Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) has been widely used in aerospace, automobile and precision industries, because its processing cycle is short; besides the stiffness and precision of its products are high and the styles of the products can be easily changed. Due to the size of a finish is too large, or the permeability of the fiber is too low, the filling time would be longer. Therefore, we try to use the filling method of Injection-Compression liquid composite molding to shorten the filling time. The experiment use transparent acrylic mold, combined with flow field visualization to analyze and simulate the flow field condition of Injection-Compression liquid composite molding in filling period. We use Buckingham Theorem to couple the processing parameters, such as injection pressure, compression pressure, gap size, porosity, permeability, surface tension, velocity, and plot them as a function diagram; besides, we also compare our findings with RTM to show the advantages of Injection-Compression liquid composite molding.
