    Abstract:  本文應用MARC有限元素套裝軟體分析軸對稱引伸加工問題。為瞭解MARC應用於引伸問題的預測性及妥適性,本文首先利用常溫引伸的實驗結果比較模擬的準確性,並分別探討模具母模圓角半徑、沖頭圓角半徑、模具間隙等製造參數對成品厚度、成形所需之沖頭負載及材料成形性的影響。最後採用結構和熱傳的有限元素耦合分析(Coupled thermo-mechanical analysis),來模擬溫間引伸成形,進而探討溫度對引伸成形的影響。材料成形性乃採用成形極限圖( Forming Limit Diagram ),以預測材料發生破裂的臨界條件。 no
