    摘要: 本論文主要以研究高壓用520Vf陽極鋁箔為主,分別將含有不同Cu、Pb、Fe、Si微量成份的試片進行電蝕,探討鋁箔經電化學蝕刻後,其腐蝕組織與形貌對於表面積增加率的影響。 本實驗首先利用恆電位儀量測在電蝕環境下,電位-時間與電位-腐蝕電流關係圖。藉由電位、電流、時間的變化推測腐蝕反應進行時的情形。接下來探討不同微量元素(Cu、Pb、Fe、Si)的陽極箔對電蝕化成後腐蝕舉動之影響。實際電蝕高壓用520Vf陽極鋁箔,再按照EIAJ的規範對電蝕鋁箔做化成處理,並分別量測其靜電容量、重量損失率、引張強度、折曲強度。再配合立方體方位佔有率、鐵析出量、表面氧化膜厚度,分別加以分析。最後再利用光學顯微鏡(OM)與掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)將腐蝕試片作截面、表面觀察以了解腐蝕孔洞的分佈狀況。 由實驗結果可以知道,不同含銅量的試片經由恆電位儀量測,可知道隨著含銅量的增加其崩潰電位亦隨之降低,隨著含銅量的增加其重量損失率有增加的趨勢,立方體方位佔有率與含銅量的多寡有正比的趨勢。對於含鉛量的探討,隨著含鉛量的增加其崩潰電位亦隨之降低,隨著含鉛量的增加其重量損失率也有略微增加的趨勢,立方體方位佔有率隨著含鉛量的增加而有下降的趨勢。對於鐵、矽含量探討,孔蝕電流值會隨著鐵、矽含量增加而下降,立方體方位佔有率隨著鐵、矽含量的增加而有下降的趨勢。 並且於電蝕後,量測其引張強度與折曲強度,了解其不同含量之微量元素對鋁原箔經電蝕過程後其機械性質的改變。希望藉此實驗能進一步了解微量元素對高壓用陽極箔的影響。 This paper mainly take will study the high-voltage 520Vf anode aluminum foil as the focus, the distinction includes different Cu, Pb, Fe, Si rare element carries on aluminum foil after electrochemistry etching, its corrosion organization and appearance regarding surface area increment influence. This experiment first uses the permanent electric potential meter survey the environment, electric potential - time and electric potential - corrosion electric current relations chart. Affiliation by the electric potential, the electric current, the time change extrapolation corrosion response carries on when situation. Receives discusses the different rare element (Cu, Pb, Fe, Si) the anode aluminum foil after corrodes influence the action. The actual electrochemistry etching with high-voltage 520Vf anode aluminum foil, defers to EIAJ again the standard does to the aluminum foil turns into processing, and distinction survey it capacitance, the weight loss ratio,tensile strength,bending stress. Again coordinates cube ratio, to analyze the tapping quantity, the oxide thickness at surface, separately performs to analyze. Finally (OM) (SEM) will corrode again using the optics microscope with the scanning type electron microscope previews does the section, the surfacel observation understands the pit,tnuuel distributed condition. May know by the experimental result, differently contains the copper quantity previews by way of the permanent electric potential meter survey, may know along with contains the copper quantity the increase its collapse electric potential also reduces along with it, along with contains copper quantity the increase its weight loss ratio has the increase the tendency, how much cube ratio with contains the copper quantity has the direct ratio the tendency. Regarding contains the lead quantity the discussion, along with contains the lead quantity the increase its collapse electric potential also reduces along with it, along with contains lead quantity the increase its weight loss ratio also has the slightly increase the tendency, cube ratio along with contains the lead quantity the increase has the drop the tendency. Regarding hard, the silicon content discussion, the collapse magnitude of current can along with the iron, the silicon content increase drops, cube ratio along with hard, the silicon content increase has the drop the tendency. From this the experiment hopes can further understand the rare element uses the anode foil to the high pressure the influence.
