Abstract:	本文主要以實驗方法對硬焊型板式熱交換器作相關的性能測試及分析。工作流體為水對冷媒R22，測試的板式熱交換器有3種形式(K070、K105、K205)，將此熱交換器配合冷凍系統作實地運轉測試分析其性能。本研究分別進行板式熱交換器之凝結及蒸發性能測試，各測試條件皆依美國冷凍空調協會(ASHRAE)標準進行，由蒸發及凝結測試結果得出，因兩相流體在熱交換器內之不均勻分佈造成較多板片熱交換器之單位熱傳性能較差，此可從改善其入口結構或流道配置，而提高其整體性能。實驗主要的目的是提出性能經驗式，以供相關研究人員使用設計參考。
