    Title: 絕緣液中添加鋁粉對線切割放電加工之影響;Improve WEDM machining performance by added Al powder in dielectric

    Abstract: 本研究是在傳統雕模放電加工機平台上,建立線電極放電系統,並利用線電極對工件(SKD61)進行微細槽加工,進而探討在絕緣液(煤油及去離子水)中添加鋁粉對線切割放電加工之影響,並對加工品質(材料去除率、加工擴槽量及表面粗糙度)進行分析。 由實驗結果可知添加鋁粉後,絕緣液導電率提升,極間間隙加大,材料去除率和擴槽量會因此增加,另外由於分散放電的效果,可改善表面粗糙度。去離子水由於導電率及流動性比煤油好,再加上放電時伴隨氧化及電解作用,所以材料去除率及擴槽量會比煤油高,但表面粗糙度卻因此比煤油差。 添加鋁粉後,去離子水材料去除率提升了2倍,煤油材料去除率提升了1.5倍,但加工擴槽量也因此增大,去離子水擴槽量增加了3倍,煤油擴槽量增加了2.5倍。由於材料去除率提升的幅度相當大,因此表面粗糙度改善的程度相對比較小,煤油改善了28%,去離子水改善了20%。 煤油與去離子水的加工品質有著本質上差異,添加鋁粉對加工品質有加成效果,且兩者間加工品質的差距會被拉大。 Using the integration mechanism conducts the experimental study with SKD61. In this modified WEDM to obtain the material removal rate, the surface roughness, and the expanding slit. The electron conductive Al powder can help in scattering the discharging current during the machining process to improve the surface roughness and material removal rate, but to increase the width of expanding slit.
