    Abstract: 摘要 為了改善放電加工特性,本實驗添加界面活性劑(Surfactant)於煤油中,降低因放電熱分解之焦油黏滯度,使加工液容易流入電極與工件之間,進而改善排渣效果減少放電不穩定現像,以提升材料去除量。又藉由界面活性劑分子包覆放電加工產生之加工屑與碳渣,減少粒子間的凝聚使加工屑更均勻分散而減少放電集中現象產生。 本研究針對電流、脈衝時間、引弧電壓、極間電壓等不同放電參數進行研究與探討,發現煤油中添加Span 20(30g/L)界面活性劑可以增加30~80%的材料去除率,且其表面粗糙度並不會因加工速度大幅提升而惡化。 abstract It adds surfactant to the hydrocarbon-based dielectric working fluid that to improve the characteristics of Electrical Discharge Machining in this study.
