隨著近年檢測技術的發展,已經能對零件快速且精確的進行檢測,並將結果輸出成檢測報表,但不同格式的檢測報表卻造成管理上的不方便,在資料的統整上也有所窒礙,因此本研究結合資料庫技術及SPC統計製程理論,發展葉片檢測資料庫系統與網際網路檢測系統。 葉片檢測資料庫系統是以本實驗室已建立的葉片檢測資料庫系統為基礎加以延伸,加入檢測計畫、權限分級管理與帳號登入修改記錄等規劃,提供完整系統功能與操作流程。 網際網路檢測系統發展的是將檢測系統的概念應用於網際網路,建立擁有檢測資料庫的功能性與網頁美觀介面的系統,使用者以瀏覽器上網際網路即可使用此系統進行資料查詢與修改資料。 With the development of inspection technology in recent years, we have already had the ability to inspect parts rapidly and accurately, and export the results into report. But the reports in different formats cause the inconvenience both in management and in data integration. Thus, this research is to integrate database technology with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and then develop blade inspection database system and Internet inspection system. The blade inspection database system is an extension from the present system established in my lab. Designs of inspection plan, of management of different levels of authority and of user records in login and modification are inserted. It aims to offer a complete system function and operation process. The Internet inspection system applies the idea of inspection system to Internet. It establishes the system with a functional database and an artistic interface. Users can use the system to inquire and modify the data by connecting the Internet.
