Abstract:	隨著中國大陸經濟政策的改革開放,農礦原料的配置已逐漸由中央分配改為市場供需來做決定,在農業方面,最近二年來,大陸在鄭州成立了榖物交易所,成都成立了生豬交易所;在礦原料方面,深圳、上海及北京皆分別成立了金屬交易所;而在外匯方面,亦在各大城市分別成立外匯調劑中心,這些市場皆為現/期貨並列的市場,其交易方式及合約內容多參照芝加哥期貨交易所或倫敦金屬交易所的現行方式.本研究在研究大陸之商品期貨市場,主要欲了解社會主義國家的流通物資分配的市場化,研究的主要市場為上海、深圳及北京的金屬交易所,尤其對其期貨市場的性質及政策和其他國家做相對比較.研究期間：8112 ~ 8211
