Abstract:	氧化物高溫超導系統問世至今已經五年,然而關於Electronpairing的根源之問題仍然令人困惑.這也就使得由Ramanscattering和IR absorption實驗所獲得的關於Lattice-dynamicalinformation,仍然在高溫超導研究裡扮演著重要的角色.我們的高溫超導計畫,第一年期至今已經對YBCD系統做了一些紅外光譜實驗.第二年我們將把重點擺在利用Raman scattering探討不同氧化物系統裡的聲子譜圖(Phonon spectrum).我們將強調做整個系列的有系統性的研究,其中將變化氧和稀土元素的合量.以便描繪出詳細的相圖(Phase diagram)和不同 Doping concentration對Raman active聲子模式所產生的影響.研究期間：8204 ~ 8303
