藉由匝道儀控調節進入高速公路流量,維持高速公路主線上車流在一定的服務水準,是高速公路解決交通擁擠的主要方法之一。而目前匝道儀控的管制時間不再只限於特定時段,而是全天候24小時依照高速公路各路段交通的實際需要,機動採取管制措施。 緣此,本研究考量政府相關單位對於特定的起迄對,其高速公路的旅行時間能夠在預計時段內到達,以路網設計的方式,考量起迄對旅行時間目標下建構匝道儀控模型,根據用路人均衡條件運用巢化對角法進行交通量指派。最後提出數值範例加以驗證之,進而提出結論與建議。 Ramp metering control is one of the strategies to maintain traffic flows to satisfy a certain level of service in highway. However, the most ramp metering controls nowadays not focus on specific sessions, but according to 24-hour real time traffic situation in highway have different control measures. In the following study, we will use network design method to formulate highway ramp metering model for OD-pair travel time reason based on relevant governmental estimation highway travel time for some OD-pair. To make some progress to solve the problem, we use Nested Diagonalization method to do traffic assignment. Numerical examples are presented to validate the results of the model. Finally conclusions and suggestions are presented.
