鋼筋混凝土柱圍束行為研究-纖維加勁筋圍束效應所謂纖維加勁筋,泛指一般所謂碳纖維或玻璃纖維複合環氧樹脂成一鋼筋型式,簡稱FRP筋。目前這類加勁筋,已開始在先進國家大量採用,用以取代現有鋼筋,尤其像在台灣之高腐蝕環境中。美國混凝土學會ACI440規範編訂小組,於2006年出版有關FRP筋混凝土設計方針,但只針對梁抗彎、抗剪、及握裏檢核作設計規定,對於柱方面圍束效應計算,並未提出說明,也因此構成本計畫研究動機。本計畫主要內容,利用申請者先前在FRP版貼覆補强豐富經驗與成果,尤其在FRP貼覆如何提昇被圍束混凝土强度及韌性之經驗,將針對FRP筋如何對核心混凝土產生圍束機理,以及如何預估混凝土被圍束後之强度及韌性,提出一具體建議及設計方式,以補現今並無該方面設計之窘境。本研究除了安排一系列實驗計畫外,亦有分析模式建立之探討,故預計執行二年。第一年先行建立分析模式,並執行柱受垂直軸向力測試,其中包含反覆軸力測試,用以構建FRP筋對混凝土產生之圍束效應(即强度與變形之增加比例)。第二年則執行大型構件柱反覆側向力實驗,實際瞭解使用FRP筋作圍束,其抗震韌性效果如何。再者,可利用第一年所建立之預測程式,作為本年度實驗柱試體之評估。本研究完成後,成果即可發表國際SCI期刋,並很快提供FRP筋在柱圍束方面設計。Behavior of Confined Reinforced Concrete Columns – Confining Effect from Fiber Reinforced Polymer Bars What we called “Fiber Reinforced Polymer Bars” is made from carbon or glass fibers mixed with polymer resin to a shape similar to steel reinforcing bars, initial as FRP bars. Nowadays, FRP bars are widely adopted in newly constructed RC structures in many countries. With respect to the highly corrosive environment as Taiwan, FRP bars as reinforcement can be considered to the new or green RC structures for sustaining their service lives. ACI committee 440 has published a new design guideline for FRP concrete members in 2006. However, the content is limited to the specifications on how to design FRP RC beams, such as moment, shear, and bond strength designs. There in no other design guide for RC columns, especially for calculating the confined effectiveness from FRP hoops. Therefore, the research project is to investigate the behavior of confined concrete columns due to the confining effect of FRP bars. The project composes two-year research stages, including experimental and analytical works. In the first year, analytical model for evaluation of confined concrete strength and deformation will be built up. The coincided testing program is also performed. The testing loads include monotonic and cyclic axial loading histories. In the second year, experiment will be focused on many large-scale RC columns to calibrate the analytical model and to look at the actual seismic behavior of RC columns confined by FRP bars. Meanwhile, the results can be published to SCI journals and soon be used by engineers for designing the confining FRP hoops. 研究期間 : 9808 ~ 9907
