    摘要: 摘 要 17-4 PH 析出硬化型不銹鋼使用相當廣泛,例如應用於核能電廠渦輪葉片、航太引擎風扇的導片、汽車引擎及輸油管閥等精密且昂貴產品,由於材料加工技術困難,對於表面加工品質的要求甚高。所以本研究探討重點,除提供使用者對刀具材料及切削條件的選用,此外配合刀具磨耗的觀察,能夠有效評估刀具材料及切削條件的合適性。 由實驗結果得知,當切削量增加時,刀具磨耗量亦相對增加,以硬質合金、CVD 塗層和金屬陶瓷三種刀具進行實驗,選用CVD 塗層刀具進行切削,宜採用較高速和較小的進給率(V>80m/min,f<0.1mm/rev),可改善切屑排除,進而提高生產效率;其它刀具僅適於較低之切削速度(V<80m/min)。當金屬陶瓷刀具切削時,受熱影響最大,其刀腹磨耗亦會隨切削時間而急遽上升,並縮短刀具壽命。另外工件表面粗糙度會隨進給率增加皆有上升趨勢,以CVD 塗層刀具在低速切削,可得到較佳表面粗糙度。 Abstract 17-4 PH precipitation hardening stainless steel was widely application, such as the turbine blade of nuclear power plant, the blade of aerospace engine fan, the automobile engine, the oil valve components, the highly precise and expensive product applications and so on. Due to machining technology is very difficult, the surface quality is also highly demanded. This study focuses on offering the appropriate tool materials and machining parameters for user. In addition, the coordinate tool abrasion observation which can effectively evaluate the tool materials and cutting conditions. From the results reveal that at high cutting rate that the tool abrasive also relatively increases. Experiments with the hard alloy, the CVD coating and the cermet cutting tools, this cutting tool with CVD coating can suitable for the higher speed cutting and lower feed rate (V > 80m/min,f<0.1mm/rev), the quality of chip removed is easily improvable, and the better producible and economic efficiency can be obtained, other cutting tools are only suitable for comparatively lower the cutting speed (V < 80m/min). As the cermet cutting tool was easily by the strong heat affect during machining, all tools are along with the machining time increase, to accelerate the flank wear and shortened the tool life. Additionally, the feed rate increases the surface roughness of work-piece increases. The CVD coating cutting tool with lower speed cutting yields a better surface roughness.
