    Abstract: 由於非對稱壓延可使壓延材料於壓延製程中更趨自由性與多樣性,在壓延工業應用上,具有正面之助益;但於非對稱壓延後之板材易產生彎曲之現象,它將會造成產品品質降低與設備損壞之缺點。 本文主要以實驗的方法,觀察A1050鋁板以不同的入射角度進行壓延,對壓延後板材的變化情形,探討不同的入射角度與曲率、縮減率之關係及曲率與不同界面摩擦條件之關係,並討論不同的入射角度對壓延力和壓延扭矩之關係。期望可由本文所得之實驗結果,提供理論解析之驗證及非對稱壓延製程品質改善之參考,藉以達到曲率控制,入射角度控制,壓延力控制,進而減少壓延道次,以期達到降低壓延能量之經濟性製程。 Asymmetrical rolling will make rolling process flexible and variable. These are extreme advantages applicable to rolling industry. The flat bending curvature of the specimens after the asymmetrical rolling will reduce production quality and cause impact on the production machine. This research mainly uses experiments to observe curvature of aluminum flat A1050 at rolling mill with different contact entry angle and the deviations after rolling periods ,so as to investigate or explore the relations between different entry angle vs decrease rate and the relations between different rate of curvature vs different interface frictions,further more also discuss the relations between different entry angle vs rolling force or rolling torque。I personally wish this results from those experiments could provide theoretical analysis proof and could better the asymmetrical process quality,moreover ,this results could be used to control the different curvature rate、entry angle、rolling forces to diminish the rolling times and save the rolling energy for more economical process for those experts who work in this area.
