本文的主要目的為探討液晶電視因喇叭聲壓激振的影響，而產生出的振動問題，並尋找解決方案。由於液晶電視的前框無法與液晶面板完全拘束，當喇叭聲壓激振而引起系統共振時，液晶電視的前框會與液晶面板碰撞而產生噪音問題。本文以LabVIEW為訊號擷取控制介面，以取得衝擊鎚與加速規在液晶電視前框各量測點的訊號，在經訊號轉換與運算後，可以得到各量測點的頻率響應。找出系統中發生最大頻率響應的位置，針對此位置進行結構的改良設計，使得系統的頻率響應能夠有效的降低，以降低液晶電視因喇叭聲壓的影響，所引發的噪音問題。 The main purpose of this thesis is to study the vibration problem of a TFT-LCD TV caused by the sound of the loudspeaker and to look for the solution for reducing the corresponding noise due to resonance. Since the TV bezel couldn’t be totally constrained with the TFT-LCD panel, it will collide with the TFT-LCD panel and emerge the vibration when the loudspeaker shakes. This thesis regards LabVIEW as the interface of signal analysis and signal processing to acquire the signal of the impact hammer and the accelerometer on every measure points of the TV bezel. By the signal processing of LabVIEW to acquire the frequency responses and find out the position where the maximum occurs. Finally, the design of TV was modified based on the measurement data. The frequency response of the TV set was improved and the associated noise was also reduced.
