    Abstract: 摘 要 習知提供扭力之轉動軸裝置,藉由數個盤形彈簧來提供使轉動懸臂轉動時所需之旋轉扭矩。由於習知提供扭力之轉動軸裝置除了使用壽命較具局限性之外,必須利用數個盤形彈簧堆疊、該盤形彈簧堆疊有一定的方向性、該盤形彈簧生產時所產生扭力的變易範圍很大,故其不良率高且生產速度慢與生產成本高等等的許多現象與問題是現皆段非常另人困擾且極需要改善的。 本研究提供一種利用MDU彈簧構成一能夠提供扭力之轉軸裝置。在本研究中可以得知,MDU彈簧除了使用壽命很長之外,使用量只須一個、MDU彈簧無方向性的特性可以避免及解決盤形彈簧因方向性所產生的問題及不良率、MDU彈簧壓縮量大,所以生產時所產生扭力的變易範圍很小。 此外,當扭力轉軸必須具有兩段以上的扭力或是必須具有用大扭力過一擋點的特性時,因為反復性的壓縮運動與高壓縮比對盤形彈簧的傷害非常大,但這卻是MDU彈簧具有的優點之一,以盤形彈簧來製作是難以達成的,而用MDU彈簧則能輕易的克服這個問題。 綜合以上所有結果可以得知,MDU彈簧不論是在使用壽命上足以取代盤形彈簧,同時在其他包括多個彈簧組裝的問題,與方向性所產生的問題,及產生扭力的變易範圍大的問題等等,應用在扭力轉軸上,MDU彈簧比盤形彈簧皆具有更為優異的表現。 Abstract The established torsion pivot provides torque via several Belleville spring. The established structure with many issues includes the life cycle is not enough, have to use several springs to set up it, the Belleville spring with directional characteristic, and the tolerance of the torque is very wide, that can lead to the yield rate is very low, and the cost of production is high. These statuses are very annoying. This research offers one kind of torsion pivot while utilizing MDU spring. In this study we can know MDU torsion pivot that life cycle is very long, consumption need only one, MDU spring non-directional characteristic can avoid and solve the problem that a Belleville spring produces because of directionality and bad lead, the range of becoming different of the torsion produced is very small at the time of production. In addition, must with more than two sections torsion and must have with great first torsion, because compression actions of the iterance will damage Belleville spring, so it is difficult to make with a Belleville spring, but this is one of the advantages that MDU spring has. Synthesize all the above results, MDU spring is enough to replace a Belleville spring on life cycle, include improve a lot of issue about spring assembled, include improve the questions that directionality produces, and avoid to produce big tolerance of the torque etc. Apply to the torsion pivot, MDU spring has more excellent behavior than a Belleville spring.
