    Abstract: 本論文之目的為建構標準規格系列與客製化單軸押出機減速機的設計軟體,用以簡化產品開發流程以及設計工作的複雜度。在本研究中齒輪減速機尺寸系列的開發工作,係以序列化觀念建立出減速機系列產品的標準規格,並據此制定一套方法找出非標準規格產品的設計。設計軟體使用VB程式語言,透過API的功能,可以與在EXCEL中所建立的資料庫進行連結,並與Autodesk Inventor 中規劃完成的各元件3D實體模型、減速機組合方式,以及與2D工程圖,進行參數化設計。使用者只需輸入設計減速機所需的規格數值與設定,軟體即可分析減速機內各元件的幾何尺寸與相關計算,在軟體介面中呈現重要的元件數值,而得到符合要求的減速機系列產品與客製化產品,以及減速機的3D組立模型與各元件的2D工程圖面。 The aim of the thesis is to construct a design software for the standard and customized series of single-screw extruder drives, such that the developing and designing can be simplified and easier to success with aid of the software. In this research, the standard gear reducer is developed based on the concept of the size range. According to this approach, a new method for developing the customized gear reduced is also presented in this thesis. Through the API functions, the developed software, written in the VB programming language, can associate with the database established in EXCEL for data exchange, on the other hand, it can also generate the 3D models of the parts and the assembly and also the 2D drawings in Autodesk Inventor for different gearbox size based on the concept of parametric design. With this software the user can just input the specified data and requirements of the requested gearbox and the setting values. The software can determine the geometrical dimension of the various parts of the gear reducer and also their corresponding performance data, shown in the interface of the software. The software can export the assembly 3D models and the 2D drawings of the selected gear reducer.
