    Abstract: 摘要 本文應用MARC有限元素套裝軟體分析軸對稱液靜壓引伸加工問題。為瞭解MARC應用於液靜壓引伸問題的預測性及妥適性,本文首先利用液靜壓引伸的實驗及另一理論結果比較模擬的準確性,並分別探討衝頭圓角半徑、摩擦應力及液壓力歷程等製造參數對成品厚度及成形所需之衝頭負載。其中,配合不同液壓歷程條件以模擬圓杯最終之外形,並利用標準差的方式針對圓杯杯底及圓角處的厚度均勻性來判斷加工條件(即液壓力大小、歷程)是否良窳之標準。 Abstract This paper is to analyze nonlinear hydromechanical deep drawing process and circular blank of rigid-plastic material. The Cosserat theory and experiment are proved by using the MARC. The objective of this research is to find out the important factors which influence the final blank thickness and punch force. The parameter includes punch radius, friction coefficient and pressure process. The standard deviation is to determine what parameter will affect the final blank thickness evenly.
