    Abstract: 保持架在滾針軸承中為維持滾針正常運動之重要元件,其品質優劣關係著整個軸承的壽命與性能表現。 本文主要是以合作廠商所提供的保持架模型作為研究對象,以有限元素方法,配合電腦輔助工程分析軟體ANSYS來模擬保持架受到作用力後,分析保持架結構之靜態應力變化,模擬方法能與廠商實際拉伸實驗具一致性,提供廠商做為研究的指標;並討論其網格化方式、程度、位移量及應力分佈狀態之行為,及提出一些驗證評估方法,以求進一步的了解保持架結構設計分析問題,經過分析之後發現在元素網格化0.45 mm的程度下已足夠求解,並得到較佳的誤差評估值,而將最大應力值區域再網格細化也得到更佳的誤差評估值。 The needle roller bearing cage is a crucial element in maintaining the needle’s normal operation. The quality of the cage is strongly related to the needle roller bearing’s performance and live. This research focuses on the cage models provided by the manufacturers. By using the finite element method with the computer aided engineering software, ANSYS, one can analyze the static stress of the cage structure. The analysis method consistent with the actual tensile experiments conducted by the manufacturers, and such analysis is used as an evaluation basis for further study. This research concentrates the meshing manners, level, displacement, and the stress distribution behavior of the cage, and provides a series of analysis method to break down the issues and understand the design of the cage structure. After a finite element analysis, the problem can be solved by the element size level 0.45 mm, and obtain a better in accuracy value. When the element performs even more delegate meshing in maximum stress value region, the result is as expected, an even better inaccuracy value.
