    Title: 鎂合金回收重溶之品質與疲勞性質分析;An study on the property and fatigue of remelted magnseium

    Abstract: 本研究是以AZ91料頭與切屑壓塊按照不同比例進行重溶回收得料率的調查,發現AZ91料頭與切屑壓塊以3:1的比例進行重溶回收後的得料率為最大。後再以相同的比例,設計不同的精煉方式,來下降重溶回收鎂合金中的霧化區(氧化膜)面積率,及微孔(介在物)的數目、以達到提高重溶回收鎂合金品質的目地。最後在把霧化區(氧化膜)面積率、及微孔(介在物)的數目下降最多的組別,與未施與任何處理方式的組別跟AZ91錠材進行拉伸與疲勞測試,進行比較。實驗結果顯示: 1. 通氣處理,可使重溶回收鎂合金中的霧化區(氧化膜)面積率下降,但會因對流場產生液面爆破而產生微孔(介在物)的數目上升的反效果。 2. 添加FLUX處理,可利用FLUX中得氯化物與回收鎂湯中的氧化物產生反應,使得溶融回收鎂合金中的霧化區(氧化膜)面積率下降,但FLUX容易殘留於回收鎂湯中,而無法有效微孔(介在物)的數目。 3. 添加1050熱合氧化膜能使得重溶回收鎂合金中微孔(介在物)的數目能有效的下降,但必需透過沉澱或利用鐵絲網過濾的方式才能有效的讓重融回收鎂合金中的霧化區(氧化膜)面積率下降。 4. 拉伸性質方面,霧化區(氧化膜)面積率下降及微孔(介在物)的數目下降的都較為添加任何處理的組別較佳,但因為鋁含量的增加而使延伸率會較低。 5. 霧化區(氧化膜)面積率下降及微孔(介在物)的數目下降也會使得重溶回收鎂合金的疲勞壽命提高,由其在低反覆應力的作用下提高更為顯著。 6. 將霧化區(氧化膜)面積率、及微孔(介在物)的數目下降最多的組別與錠材比較,發現其拉伸及疲勞性質不如原始錠材。 This study remelted AZ91 Scrap (from casting) and squeezed chip cake. Different processes were adopted to see the processing parameters on the qualities of remelted AZ91 sample. The processing variables included degassing, fluxing treatment and adding thermal oxide on the melt. The qualities of remelted AZ91 were evaluated based on area fraction of oxide film and pore count on the chilled samples. Experimental results indicated that degassing treatment and fluxing treatment reduces the area fraction of entrapped oxide film but increased the pore counts. Adding (1050) thermal oxide in the melt decreases both area fraction of oxide film and pore counts. The tensile properties and fatigue life cycles of different sample were also evaluated and compared in this study.
