    摘要: 在消費性電子產品的需求急遽成長的產業裡,產品機構設計的外觀不斷日新月異,視覺多變的需求與品質的提升的相關技術,帶給消費者更好的產品,相對的對於高分子的成型技術也往提高表面高品質與機械性質、降低生產成本為基礎發展,所以本研究先確認蒸氣式動態模溫控制與冷熱水動態模溫控制製程的差異,並由實驗中確認蒸氣式動態模溫控制製程效益優於冷熱水動態模溫控制製程,因此實驗利用蒸氣式動態模溫控制製程,針對熔膠和模溫對硬度、光澤度、進膠點、玻璃轉移溫度做一整體性的研究及探討。實驗材質利用PMMA具有優越的強度與硬度,而ABS 塑膠的韌性與加工性良好,兩者合膠在成形固化過程中取得較佳且穩定的品質優勢。 實驗結果顯示,模具溫度的提升有助於光澤度及硬度,但是熔膠溫度並非持續的加溫會對機械性質及表面光澤度有改善,而是加熱至可獲得Tg溫度最高點的熔膠溫度生產的試片。模溫對光澤度的影響關係為遠離進膠點光澤度會越低,但是光澤度趨勢的影響與模具表面的品質有關。模溫越高,熔膠進入模穴中的降溫速度影響高分子的排列進而影響硬度值,因此進膠點的硬度為最高。 The demand on electronics consumer products has increased rapidly. It drives the multi-changes of product mechanical design on appearance to meets the trend, the relevant techniques of high demand on appearance and quality improvement bring the better product to consumer. Relatively, the forming technique of high polymer has been towards the improvement of surface quality and mechanical material properties, which reduces production cost as basic direction. This research has initially differentiated the production of Vapor Heating Dynamic Mold Temperature Control and Water For Cooling And Heating Dynamic Mold Temperature Control, and thus found out Vapor Heating Dynamic Mold Temperature Control is effective than Water For Cooling And Heating Dynamic Mold Temperature Control. This experiment applied Vapor Heating Dynamic Mold Temperature Control, based on melting plastic and mold temperature against hardness, gloss, injection gate, Glass Transition Temperature to have an entire research. The materials chosen of this experiment is PMMA and ABS. PMMA is good in hardness and strength, whereas ABS has better toughness and good in second operations. The mixture of these two materials during plastic injection molding process can perform well and has stable quality advantage. The experiment result showed that the increasing of mold temperature improves gloss and hardness, but continuous melting plastic temperature is not effective to mechanical material properties and surface gloss, it needs to reach Tg (The highest temperature point of melting plastic). The relationship of mold temperature against gloss is the farer the measurement point from injection gate, the lower of the gloss, but the trend of gloss influence is related with the quality of mold surface. The higher the mold temperature, the cooling speed during melting plastic flow into mold cavity would influence the combination of high polymer and thus affect the plastic hardness, eventually the hardness of injection gate is the highest.
