    Abstract: 本論文主要目的為利用FPGA之技術將氣動馬達系統的轉速作一定速控制。由於氣動馬達最主要的控制取決於氣壓的大小以及進氣量的多寡,對於馬達本身我們可藉由控制氣壓的大小及氣壓閥進氣量的多寡來控制馬達的轉速,以達到我們所需定轉速的要求。 而因其系統本身其數學過於複雜且非線性之特性,加以須考慮如空氣壓力及摩擦力等干擾‥‥‥,為期達到吾人定速之控制,本研究論文乃採用模糊控制法則之配合,並以modelsim軟體來做晶片內迴路之設計及時序上的驗証,再透過EDA工具合成電路,最終將程式燒錄之FPGA晶片後予以實驗;模糊控制其好處是控制具有高度的強健性、且對設計而言我們不需要預知受控系統的模型之優點,一般模糊控制器的輸入以閉迴路系統之響應誤差及其變化率為主,經實驗後可以發現本論文所使用的模糊控制法則,可以有效地控制氣動馬達轉速,且具有相當的穩定性,再加以FPGA高度的程式變更性,設計者可因不同使用之環境來做即時的系統修改,使得系統在設計及使用上更具彈性及多樣化。 This paper presents a FPGA based fuzzy logic controller for pneumatic motors. Since the rotational speed of a pneumatic motor closely depends on the pressure and volume of inflow air, one can control the speed via adjusting the inlet valve position. However, the whole system is nonlinear with hysteresis behavior, we developed the fuzzy logic control rules and implanted it on a FPGA system. Experiment results show this system is able to effectively control the air motor rotational velocity under different conditions.
