    摘要:   由於非對稱壓延可有效降低壓延力及壓延扭矩,使材料於壓延製程安排上,更趨自由與多樣性,在壓延工業之應用上,具有極大之助益;但於非對稱壓延後之板材易產生彎曲現象而造成產品品質降低及設備損壞,因此,本文以實驗的方法,尋找曲率之臨界值,即曲率為零之合理範圍。實驗材料為A1050P鋁板,探討其於常溫的情況下,以不同的周速比及縮減率之條件,依據不同初始板厚,進行非對稱壓延中之異徑同周速與異徑異周速壓延實驗。另外,本文亦將針對壓延時,板材和上、下輥輪接觸界面之潤滑油添加與否,做為乾摩擦與濕摩擦之變更條件,藉以探討因摩擦條件的改變,對壓延後之板材曲率所造成的影響。   本文主要觀察板材於異徑壓延後彎曲曲率之變化情形,探討曲率與不同初始板厚、周速比、縮減率及潤滑之關係,並討論壓延力、壓延扭矩與周速比及縮減率之關係。藉由本文所得之實驗結果,可提供理論解析之驗證及非對稱壓延製程品質改善之參考。 Due to the asymmetrical rolling can reduce rolling force and rolling torque that will make rolling process also flexible and variable. There are extreme advantages in application of rolling industry. The specimens will curvature after the asymmetrical rolling, the flat bending will reduce production quality and impact machine, for this reason, this paper use experiment to find out the critical point of curvature, i.e. curvature is zero and the range of reduction. Experiment methods are aluminum flat at mismatch peripheral rolling speed, rolling reduction, and different flat thickness in the room temperature to be asymmetrical rolling by different rolling diameter with the peripheral speed is match or mismatch. This paper also find out the different condition at the interface between rolling and specimen by lubrication or dry, the effect on change interface condition to investigate curvature behavior. This paper observe various of curvature ratio at asymmetrical rolling that mismatch rolling diameter with different specimens thickness, mismatch peripheral speed, reduction, lubrication, and discuss rolling force, rolling torque with rolling speed and reduction. The results will supply theory, numeral analysis and process quality improvement.
