    Abstract: 本研究結合狹縫式塗佈與噴墨式塗佈的設計,開發出新式的條紋式塗佈機台,以此機台研究條紋式塗佈斜向塗佈法,並運用此法製造馬賽克式子像素排列之彩色濾光片。塗佈過程中透過即時監視塗佈液珠之變化,發現塗佈液珠寬度會隨著塗佈頭所行經之溝槽寬度變化而改變,這種現象有效抑制了塗佈液在斜向塗佈時外溢至鄰接色區的可能性,並支持了條紋式塗佈斜向塗佈法用於製造馬賽克式子像素排列之彩色濾光片的概念。本研究不但成功地在馬賽克式排列的黑色矩陣上塗佈出單色的條紋,更進一步針對流體流率、塗佈頭行進速度以及流體黏度等變因對條紋式塗佈的影響進行探討,發現在固定塗佈頭行進速度的條件下,若流體黏度越高,則需要大的流體流率才能成功塗佈;若黏度越低,則所需要的流體流率就越小。 This study develops a new stripe coating equipment to investigate the manufacturing method of mosaic color filter. By observing the changing of liquid bead in coating process, we find the width of liquid bead will change with the changing width of channel. This phenomenon decreases the possibilities of overflow and support our idea of stripe coating in mosaic color filter manufacturing. We also investigate the influence of viscosity, flow rate and coating speed and find that with constant coating speed, flow rate will increase with the increase of viscosity.
