    Abstract: 應用MARC有限元素軟體,並結合Toh與Kobayashi[1]之引伸成形料片外形設計法做為本文分析矩形杯引伸成型料片設計的問題。本文以矩形杯之長寬邊比值為3、2.5、2、1.5及1等五組不同外形的引伸件為例,並建立各組在引伸成形後的理想成形外形與形狀誤差的計算方式。在形狀誤差符合國際公差標準IT13~IT16的範圍內探討設計過程中所對應的形狀誤差及其達到的公差等級,並探討不同的初始料片外形與設計尺寸對於設計次數與成品品質的影響。為瞭解MARC應用於三維引伸加工問題的預測性及妥適性,本文利用Choi與Huh[7] 及Toh與Kobayashi[1]的實驗結果對MARC分析做驗證,並探討料片外形經設計候對於成形性之影響。 In this paper, A numerical analysis combined finite element code “MARC’ and Toh with Kobayashi’s blank designed method to analyze the blank design of the deep drawing of rectangular cups. It used the ratio of the length and width side is 3, 2.5, 2, 1.5, 1of the rectangular cups. It established ideal shapes of the drawing cups and the count of the shape error. As for the shape error conform to IT13~IT16 of the Internationable Toleranzeinheit discuss various of the initial blank shapes and designed shapes effect design times and the quality of the products. In order to verify the validity of the 3-D deep drawing analysis by MARC, the paper applied Choi with Huh’s and Toh with Kobayashi’s experimental results to verify the validity of the analysis by MARC and discuss the formability of the drawing cups with the designed blanks.
