    Abstract: 內視鏡手術因具備手術傷口小、病人恢復快等優點,已被廣泛應用於外科手術,內視鏡手術模擬系統可以提供一個無危險且低醫療資源消耗的訓練平台,而力量回饋在內視鏡手術中佔有相當重要的一部分。由於目前國內外相關研究中,內視鏡手術模擬系統的力量回饋都是經由數學方程式運算或由演算法推導而來,對於力量真實程度仍有改善空間。基於此原因,本研究開發一套擬真力量試驗平台用以量測手術刀具碰觸真實器官或組織的力量回饋資訊,並將所有資訊彙整成資料庫,搭配力量回饋模擬器,完成一套內視鏡手術擬真力回饋雛型系統,以進行真實力量感覺的模擬與訓練。 系統開發方面,主要是由Visual Basic 2005 建構,內容包括擬真力量試驗平台的運動控制與擷取操作介面、擬真力量回饋雛型系統的操作介面,並利用Microsoft Access建置擬真力量回饋資料庫。 在系統驗證方面,本研究規劃訊息回饋實驗,探討力量回饋訊息與視覺回饋訊息對於受測者操作手術訓練系統的影響與結果。實驗結果顯示因為力量回饋的作用,因此在操作時間上力量回饋皆高於無力量回饋,且結果亦顯示出在有、無視覺回饋下力量回饋對於手術模擬訓練是有輔助效果的。 Laparoscopy surgery possess advantage of small operation wound and fast patient restored have already widely used in operation. Laparoscopy surgery simulation system can provide a no danger and low medical resources consume training platform. Force feedback occupies a quite important part in laparoscopy surgery simulation system. As a result of domestic and international relevant research at present shows that force feedback in laparoscopy surgery simulation system all derived via the algorithm of performing and mathematics, it still have space to improve the true degree of force. Because of this reason, the study develop a test platform used to measure and record all data from surgery tool touch true organ or tissue, and import these data into database. Finally, the study develops a fundamental system of real force feedback, it use database and force feedback surgery simulator to simulate and train with real force. We use Visual Basic 2005 to develop the system which includes test platform control and acquisition operating interfaces and system control interfaces, we also use Microsoft Access to establish force feedback database. The study adopt force feedback experiment in order to verify the system, the results show that force feedback have more operation time than without force feedback. It also shows that force feedback has assist in surgery simulation training.
