    Abstract:   綠色產業著重永續發展與環保的落實,而科技廠房對於能源及水資源的使用需求量及品質具有較高的標準,本研究藉由節能省水的技術與評估模式的探討,並對先進國家現行綠建築評估工具的分析與比較,建構適合科技廠房綠建築「節能」與「水資源」之評估指標與工具的建議。   希望以具體化的評估模式,針對科技廠房新建工程之「節能指標」及「水資源指標」等各構面進行評估,以衡量其是否達到「綠色科技廠房節能省水指標」之標準,並將針對評估模式內之各別影響因子提出建議性的評估方式。其次彙整業界節能省水相關技術,並依循建構綠色科技廠房節能省水規劃的簡易查核表,以供投資單位與建廠規劃設計者參考的依據,而具體落實以期達到節能省水的效益。   Green industry concerns about sustainable development and environmental protection and technological factories have very high standard on the quantities and qualities of the energy and water used. This research aims to establish suitable indexes and tools to evaluate the energy saving index and the water saving index of a green technological factory. To do this, the present energy saving and water saving technologies and evaluating methods have to be explored and compared with those used in the more developed countries.   By using a concrete evaluating method to evaluate the energy saving index and the water saving index of the construction of a technological factory to find out if it reaches the standard for "Green technological factory energy and water saving index", suggestions on the evaluating method will be made. After that, surveys on the energy and water saving technologies used today will be made and a simple check list on how to build an energy and water saving technological factory will be established for both the investing unit and the factory design unit to refer to so that the designed factory can be energy and water saving.
