    Title: 工業廢水對灌溉水質影響之研究-以黃墘溪為例;Study the Effect of Industrial Wastewater for Irrigation Water ─ with Huang-Chyan River as Example

    Abstract: 國內外農作物遭重金屬污染事件層出不窮,在全台灣約有5萬公頃的農地受到重金屬污染,1987年行政院農委會委請台灣大學農化系調查農地污染情形,桃園縣遭受污染的農地面積約60公頃。其中黃墘溪沿岸就佔了13公頃,至2004年更擴大至31.32公頃,而污染的原因主要是引灌遭工業廢水污染之河水,也驗證了土壤蓄積性問題,若無法有效控制,污染範圍將持續擴大。 目前農地污染成因仍具爭議,常發現農地的重金屬污染沒有一致性的趨勢,鄰近農地引灌同一水源卻是「跳躍式」污染,其原因除了水稻的品種、土壤的酸鹼度以及有機質的含量會影響稻穀重金屬濃度外,還有農民灌溉習性也是其中原因。另外借由本研究污染潛勢分析可印證農地污染、灌溉水及事業廢水的關連性。 研究期間採樣結果顯示,下游之重金屬濃度均明顯高於上游,在黃墘溪匯入灌溉渠道之上、下游銅濃度亦顯示同時升高。桃園農田水利會表示黃墘溪與桃園大圳第三支雖有交會,但採虹吸工法其水質並不受黃墘溪影響,經本研究調查發現桃園大圳第三支線與黃墘溪有一非正常水路,可能因而使其上游遭受黃墘溪污染。 黃墘溪目前已受到搭排事業利用夜間排放高濃度廢水;事業不定期排放或不慎溢流高濃度廢水進入工業區雨水道及工業區放流水質不穩定等3種方式所污染。目前鄰近灌溉水源也已遭污染欲以其他灌溉水取代黃墘溪之灌排功能並不可行,依據灌排分離的原則本論文提出最佳解決方案為將中壢工業區放流口引流至新街溪,以徹底杜絕污染發生。 Water is the important resource of agricultural activities. Large amount of hydraulic facilities and distribution canals are accumulated in the past several hundred years. Meantime, the irrigation water quality had been polluted by industrial and domestic sewage. This study results show the concentration of heavy metal are higher in river waters of Huang-Chyan River. The concentration of copper gradually increase as the Huang-Chyan River flow into irrigation canal. And find an abnormal waterway between the 3rd feeder of Tao-Yuan main canal and the Huang-Chyan River, may pollute the upper reaches of irrigation canal. According to the principle of irrigation and discharge separation, this study propose pull the release mouth of Chung-Li industrial park into the Sin-Jie River, in order to stop pollution happening completely.
