永續發展之觀念在現今社會已被廣泛認同，而環境面向之永續發展更是在各個領域未來發展需考量的重點項目之一，因此現代的人們對於永續發展環境知識與資訊須有基本的認知。由於網際網路的普及使得透過網路獲取知識與資訊越來越容易，因此透過網路以獲取與學習永續發展環境相關知識與資訊是相當便利的方式。但目前網路資源仍存在著過於分散的問題，使得使用者必須耗費許多的時間在搜尋知識與資訊上，因此促成了能夠妥善分類管理網路資源的「虛擬圖書館」誕生。而目前網路上仍然缺乏以永續發展環境面向為主題之「虛擬圖書館」，導致相關使用者在學習以及擷取知識與資訊上的不便。有鑑於此，本研究運用Web-Database的資訊系統開發技術，規劃建置一個能妥善分類管理網路上永續發展環境相關知識與資訊的「永續發展虛擬圖書館」系統，再運用環境詞彙發展過濾網路資源與判定類別規則，並利用上述規則初步發展自動搜尋擷取工具支援系統。藉由系統妥善管理與多種查詢方式幫助使用者便利在線上讀取與學習，以提高永續發展環境相關知識與資訊被使用的效率與效益。 The concept of sustainable development has already been admitted extensively in the society now. And sustainable development for environment is even more one of the key items needed to consider in each domain development of the future. Therefore modern people need basic cognition about knowledge and information of sustainable development for environment. And as popularization of network, it is easy to obtain knowledge and information through network. It is a quite convenient for obtaining and studying knowledge and information of sustainable development for environment through the network. But resources of the network still have the problem that overly scattered at present. It makes user consume a lot of time in searching knowledge and information. So virtual library was created in order to classify and manage resources of the network properly. But virtual library which has the theme of sustainable development for environment still lacks at present. It causes user's inconvenience in view of studying and obtaining knowledge and information. So research will use Web-Database technology that development of information system and plan to develop the sustainable development virtual library system which can classify and manage knowledge and information of sustainable development for environment of the network properly. And use the environmental thesaurus to develop rules for filtering resources of the network and judging the classification. And utilize above-mentioned rules for developing automatically search tool tentatively in order to support the system. By classifying and managing properly, and offer many kinds of inquiry way that hope to help users for reading and studying conveniently on-line. And further improving efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge and information of sustainable development for environmental in use.
