由於知識經濟時代的來臨與Internet 技術成長的時空背景下,大量知 識產生反而導致使用者無法有效率的獲得知識,並且須花費時間在判斷知 識是否正確及符合需求上。知識管理系統能將知識進行整合、儲存與管理 等程序,進一步提供知識學習、交流、共享、創新等功能與平台,是一個 能夠充分利用及調配知識資源的資訊系統工具,透過知識管理系統能夠將 大量的知識進行充分的利用,這是對於組織及專業社群相當重要的系統工 具,因此本研究擬建立出一套知識管理系統應有之標準系統功能與架構。 本研究透過系統思維、物件導向思維以及目的導向思維的方式重新檢視知 識管理系統整體,了解系統組成之間的因果關係,時序關係以及交互作 用,以不同於現在大部分知識管理系統建置角度來建立知識管理系統的基 本架構,進而以專業社群網站為對象規劃出專業社群網站知識管理系統之 內容與架構。最後透過標準之架構與內容,初步建立內容中兩個主要的子 系統分別為研討會線上徵文系統以及論文查詢系統。本研究所建立之專業 社群網站知識管理系統架構與內容是一套標準,因此建立之結果能夠適用 於各領域專業社群網站,對於不同社群而言,僅需調整標準架構與內容中 的細節部分,例如:知識分類類別或提供知識資源來源等細節部分。因此 利用本研究之結果在各社群網站知識管理系統實際建置時能夠獲得很高 的效益。 Because of the arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy and progressing Internet technology, a large number of knowledge is produced, but users are unable to acquire knowledge efficiently. They must spend time judging if knowledge is correct and necessary. The knowledge management systems provide such procedures for combining, storing and managing knowledge, so it is also functioned as a place to acquire, exchange, and share knowledge. It is one of the information system tools that can fully utilize and allocate the knowledge resource. The knowledge management system is the one of impartment systems tools because it can allocate and utilize a large amount of knowledge for organizes and professional community. Therefore, the object of this research is to create the standard function and structure of knowledge management systems. The research reviews the knowledge management systems again, understand the causality of system formation, time sequence relation and reciprocation. by using object-oriented thinking and objective- oriented thinking leads thinking. The basic framework of knowledge administrative system adopts different constructing idea and concept and then set up professional community’s websites with the content and structure of knowledge administrative system. Two main subsystems: the system to solicit and inquire thesis online for seminar, are established through the standard structure and content. The research institute sets up a set of standard for professional community's website's knowledge administrative system, so the result can be suitable for professional community's websites in every field. As to different communities, they only need to adjust the detailed part in standard structure and content, for example: classification of knowledge or the offer of detail parts of the knowledge resource. Accordingly, utilizing the result of the research can obtain very high benefit in the construction of knowledge administrative system for community’s website in every field.
