本研究主要是藉由校園安全衛生網站共用平台的開發與建置，達到高中職學校實驗室及實習場所安全衛生管理機制的建立及管理績效的提升。而在共用平台的運作下，使得高中職學校教師、職員、學生在進行各項實習(驗)的作業過程中能更瞭解法規的規定及安全衛生相關的注意事項，進一步達到學校教職員生在安全衛生認知的提升及學校實習場所意外事件降低的目的。 經由文獻的探討及現場實地的訪查，並依系統化、邏輯化之開發方式循序漸進的建立起高中職校園安全衛生管理系統。本研究以範例學校運作安全衛生網站共用平台系統的實際情形，進行系統成效的初步分析與探討，證明本系統對於校園安全衛生管理組織的建立、教職員生安全衛生認知的提升、學校安全衛生管理人員負擔的減輕等方面有著實質的成效，研究成果可作為全國高中職學校進行校園安全衛生管理工作之示範及運用。 利用網際網路的特性，系統可將各使用學校相關的安全衛生管理資料整合至系統資料庫中，亦可藉由各校管理人員於平台的互動交流發現校園安全衛生管理的相關問題，進一步探討解決方案，達到安全衛生問題共同解決的實質效益。 The aim of the study is to establish a framework of safety and hygiene management and to improve the performance of management in laboratory and workshop of senior and vocational high schools. The operation of the shared platform enables senior and vocational high school staff and students to make a grasp of the safe and hygiene rules. It further enhances the school staff’s recognition of safe and hygiene and decreases the rate of occurrence of accidents in school workshop. Based on the literature review and the investigation of workshop, the study systematically and logically establishes the system of campus safety and hygiene management in senior and vocational high schools. This study uses the realities in the shared platform system of campus safety and hygiene to analyze and discuss the effects of the system. It proves that this system helps to establish the organization of campus safety and hygiene management, to enhance school staff and students’ recognition of safety and hygiene, and to reduce the burden of the managing staff. The results of this study can be used as a model and applied to the management of campus safety and hygiene management in senior and vocational high schools in Taiwan. The system can integrate the data of safety and hygiene management in schools into the system database. In addition, the interaction on the platform between school administrators helps to detect and solve problems in campus safety and hygiene management.
