    Abstract: 一般污水處理廠沉澱池之操作控制,須藉由實驗室採樣分析取得水質資訊或以污泥濃度計作為沉澱池排泥之操作控制參考,無法就整體沉澱池操作控制上提供一即時資訊。本研究係利用以Beer-Lambert原理基礎所發展之水中量測SS沉澱特性之技術與裝置,於新竹工業區污水處理廠沉澱池進行水質SS連續量測與控制應用。本研究結果顯示SS自動量測系統可提供即時水質SS沉降變化之資訊且有效推估掌握出水水質變化趨勢,並可提供如累積沉澱質量分布及沉澱速度、停留時間與出水水質之關係等即時資訊,做為沉澱池與前置處理單元程序調整之控制,以提升廢水處理容量、效益與操作系統穩定性。目前一般市售之監測設備而言,大多僅能量測單元內單點水質之濃度,而本系統可利用於分析計算得知沉澱時不同水深SS濃度變化情形、沉澱過程中沉澱SS隨深度之累積質量分佈及沉澱速度等資訊,並由量測結果推估出流水SS濃度之功能。本監測系統設備設置及操作維護成本較市售儀器便宜,且具有可獲得多種資訊、提供操作控制即時資訊等優點,故可提升市場接受度及使用率,並有助於污水廠之操作與污染控制。 In generally, the operation reference for Sedimentation tank in waste water treatment plant, especially for sludge effluent, is controlled by results of laboratory analysis or sludge concentration meter, but is not controlled by on line data research. The purpose of this research is to develop a technology and device for SS settling characteristic measurement, and is proved and continuously monitored the SS in sedimentation tank in Hsin-Tsu Industrial wastewater treatment plant, based on Beer-Lambert theory. The results of this research, shown SS automatic measurement system, not only offer the on line data of SS settling change, and effectively estimate the change trend of effluent waster water quality, but also offered the output on line information, such as average specific gravity, integrated settling weight distribution, settling velocity, retention time and effluent waste water… etc., is on purpose to adjust the process of sedimentation tank and pretreatment units, in order to upgrade the treatment capacity efficiency and system steady. At this stage, most monitor equipments in market just could measure the one spot concentration of waste water quality. But we could get the variation of SS concentration at different depth, SS integrated weight distribution with the depth and settling velocity by means of results of calculation and Analysis. Moreover we could estimate the SS concentration of effluent by the results of this measurement. The capital and O&M cost of our system are cheaper than the existing equipments in market, and are beneficial to get more information and controlled by on line data. Therefore, the system is not only populous and acceptance for end users, but also is helpful for operation and pollution control in waste water treatment plant.
