    Abstract: 由於改進環氧樹脂易脆的缺點,前人摻入CTBN增韌效果為佳。而增韌的原因,過去Cavitation-shear yielding漸被證明並接受。增韌系統乃藉由膠粒與周圍環氧樹脂的cavitaion,並引發膠粒與膠粒間產生shear yielding。本論文乃為高韌性環氧樹脂底膠之開發,其目的乃用於水下換能器外圍,與PU底膠必須有一多功能性之防水底膠保護之。歷經環氧樹酯配方的收尋與判斷,液態橡膠的摻合與配方的建立,加工方式的改良,及其增韌後環氧樹酯性質之鑑定。目前已獲得一組可用之環氧樹酯配方;其拉伸強度為61.49至42.56 Mpa;拉伸剛性為2.13至1.61 Gpa;玻璃轉移溫度為90至60℃;破裂能量為1442至5132 J/ m2。 根據實驗結果所示,純環氧樹脂基材,隨著基材的變軟shear-yielding略增,破壞能量些微提高。但於純環氧樹脂基材內加入橡膠後,可使得韌性全面提升;且玻璃轉移溫度亦適用於使用溫度之上,並符合其水下換能器能有適當的延展性、加工性與低水氣滲透性。故以此增韌系統為其探討方向。
