    Title: 苯在Au/CeO2與Au/V2O5/CeO2上進行完全氧化反應之研究

    Abstract: 本研究利用沉澱附著法(deposition precipitation)將奈米金顆粒沉積在具釋氧/儲氧特性的氧化鈰(CeO2)上製備Au/CeO2觸媒,另以初濕含浸法將氧化釩(V2O5)負載在氧化鈰上作為添加劑,製備Au/V2O5/CeO2觸媒,並進行苯完全氧化反應。利用各種鑑定方式,如XRD、BET、TEM、XPS、TPR等來探討觸媒特性。結果顯示,具較大表面積之氧化鈰擔載之金觸媒有能在220℃將苯完全氧化(進料濃度1.57×10-4 mole/gcat•hr,空間流速24000h-1)。金沉積量以1wt.%與3 wt.%活性相近且最好,5wt.%金則易使金顆粒聚集不利活性。含浸釩氧化物之氧化鈰作為擔體提高金觸媒進行苯完全氧化反應的活性,以含浸2wt.%釩氧化物的效果最好,能在160℃將苯完全氧化。釩氧化物與金之間的作用力使觸媒表面金顆粒含有Au3+氧化態,當Au/CeO2鍛燒溫度為300℃時,亦有Au3+氧化態存在,含有氧化態金之金觸媒在反應活性有明顯提升效果。金觸媒耐久性測試,1.wt%Au/CeO2觸媒在120小時內(反應溫度為各觸媒達100%轉化之溫度)皆能保持100%以上的轉化率,1.wt%Au/2wt.%V2O5/CeO2觸媒有些微衰退,但轉化率仍保持在97%以上。 Gold/cerium and Cold-vanadia/cerium catalysts prepared by deposition-precipitation (DP) were studied for benzene complete oxidation reaction. The influence of the sources of ceria, gold and vanadia loadings and calcinations temperature on the catalytic activities were studied. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, TEM, XPS and TPR. High surface area ceria supported gold catalyst is more active. Gold catalysts are very active with 1wt.% and 3wt.% gold loading. Catalysts with 5wt.% gold loading are less active due to the aggregation of gold particles. Impregnation of vanadium oxide on ceria promotes the activity of gold. Vanadium oxide has an optimum loading of 2wt.%. The catalyst decomposes benzene completely at 160℃.(inlet benzene concertation: 1.57×10-4 mole/gcat•hr, space velocity 24000h-1) The interaction between gold and vanadium oxide on ceria leads to the formation of Au3+ and high activity. When Au/CeO2 is calcined at lower temperature(300℃), Au3+ is also present on the surface and the activity also increases. The results of life tests show that 1.wt%Au/CeO2 maintains 100% conversion over 120 hours. The conversions of 1.wt%Au/2wt.%V2O5/CeO2 maintain above 97% after 120 hours.
