The histogram Monte Carlo simulation method proposed by Hu is used to calculate the existence probability E(p)(G, p) and the percolation probability P(G, p) of the bond random percolation model on the simple cubic and the body-centered cubic lattices with various linear dimensions. From E(p)(G, p) and P(G, p) we obtain scaling functions of the bond random percolation model. We find that as the coordination number of the lattice increases the width of the scaling function also increases. The implication of this study is discussed.
