    Abstract: 就核能電廠而言,除了少數的情況下,主要支承系統所承載的系統或設備的質量較主支承系統為小者,也就是說許多設備的耐震設計與分析是必須根據樓板設計譜。樓板設計譜是以先產生一個可以包絡核能電廠的設計震譜的人工地震歷時記錄,並將其做為主支承系統的地震輸入進行歷時分析,然後再根據主支承系統於設備所在位置處的歷時反應而建立的。 過去諸多研究都強調在產生人工地震時,必須考量相位和傅氏譜振幅的關係。但是在Standard Review Plan中,僅提及使用單一人工地震歷時記錄時,其只要能滿足功能譜及包絡設計震譜即可;而在使用多個地震記錄(至少四個)進行分析時,則只是要求平均反應譜能包絡設計譜,而不須每一個地震記錄的反應譜皆包絡設計譜。事實上,會有許多相位特性不同的人工地震滿足這些要求,但是其對樓板反應譜的影響如何,則有待進一部釐清。 核四廠已獲得建廠執照,未來運轉前仍須通過原委會的FSAR審查,因此有必要利用建廠的這段時,就產生包絡設計震譜之人工地震的問題進行深入的探討,並以實際的核能電廠為例,探討符合設計譜的各種不同人工地震對樓板反應譜的影響。再將研究的成果參照美國核能管制委員會的要求,建立耐震設計審查指引,以方便將來審查作業的進行。 For a nuclear power plant, most equipment have a small mass relative to that of the supporting structures, and in preatice a separate analysis is performed using the floor design spectrum. In developing the floor design spectrum, an artificial eqrthquake which envelopes the design response spectrum is produced first, followed by the time-history analysis of the supporting structure to obtain the time-history response at the equipment support locations which is then adopted to develop the floor design response spectrum. From the past studies, it has been emphasized that in producing an earthqauke the relation between the Fourier amplitude and phase must be considered. In the Standard Review Plan, it mentions that when a single time-history of ground motion is used, it has to envelope the design response spectrum. However, there may be many artificial eaethquakeswith different phase characteristics satisfying this requirement and their effects on the floor design response spectrum need further investigation. The fourth nuclear plant in Taiwan is now under construction. Before its operation, it has to pass the FSAR review. During its construction period it is necessary to devise guidelines for performing the review of seismic design and analysis, especially the development of floor design spectrum which has to be based on an extensive study. Thus, the purpose of this study is to perform extensive investigations on the effect of different artificial earthquakes on the floor design response spectrum, and based on the obtained resultsand the guides of USNRC, a guide for performing the review of seismic design and analysis for the fourth nuclear power plant wi ll be proposed. 研究領域:8811 ~ 8912
