    Title: 高雄港區混凝土構造物鹼質與粒料反應調查與潛勢分析研究;The Study of Alkali-Aggregate Reaction on Concrete Structures in Kaoshiung Harbor

    Abstract: 在執行花蓮、基隆、台中、蘇澳等四個商港之港區混凝土構造物鹼質與粒料反應調查與潛勢分析研究後,發現花蓮港的防波堤和消波塊及基隆港內的消波塊呈現鹼質與粒料反應的破裂模式,經進一步的試驗結果證實以前述兩港的混凝土構造物確實有鹼質與粒料反應的現象。有關各港區粒料料源調查的結果顯示,國內部份河川砂石對鹼質與粒料反應的活性而言,為有害或潛在有害的活性粒料。再者國內的水泥多為高鹼水泥,所以各港區的混凝土構造物均受鹼質與粒料反應的潛在威脅。為求港區混凝土構造物調查的完整性,及避免各港區日後興建混凝土構造物再受鹼質與粒料反應的威脅,實有必要對高雄港區的混凝土構造物及其料源進行詳細的調查。 本研究擬以既有的研究經驗為基礎,以高雄港的混凝土構造物為目標,進行有關鹼質與粒料反應的詳細調查。研究內容主要分為三大部份,第一部份為對港區內現有的混凝土構造物進行調查,並擇重點詳細檢測,藉以瞭解調查標的物之鹼質與粒料反應情形,第二部份係針對高雄港的周邊地區進行材料料源調查,藉以瞭解各材料目前實際使用狀況,第三部份則針對調查地區進行環境分析,包括溫濕度變化等,並與花蓮、蘇澳、基隆及台中港區的調查進行比較,期望藉此研究的結果,能全盤瞭解國內各港區混凝土構造物鹼質與粒料反應的情形,供工程單位儘早預防並採適當的抑制措施,以維護港區安全及延長港區的服務年限。 Marine concrete structures are easily deteriorated due to chloride ingression or alkali-silica-reaction (ASR)if aggregate contain large active silica constituents.ASR could result in concrete degradation that can be preliminarily diagnosed through many map-like microcrackings distribution on concrete surface by visual inspection . To prevent concrete structures from damages, further identification of ASR must be taken by criteria of ASTM C-227&C-289 or other methods. In the study,Kaoshiung harbors in Taiwan are under investigated. The project included surveying the existed concrete structures especially on embankments situation by means of standard N.D.T. (Non-Destructive Testing)procedures, proceeding material sources examination for aggregates potentially deleterious testing and others. 研究領域:8810 ~ 8912
