    Abstract: 新竹科學園區之產值在全國總產值中佔有極高的比例,一旦受到天然災害的侵襲,對於社會經濟的影響極為嚴重,如何透過適當的防災規畫與處理,減少災害衝擊實為極重要與迫切的工作。 本計畫所指的天然災害以地震為考量,其目的在於針對新竹科學園區內之所有建物以及各項維生管線(油、電、瓦斯、供水等)的耐震能力進行全面的評估工作,再依據風險分析與評估的方法提供最佳的改善與補強規畫,確保園區受強震侵襲之災害與衝擊減到最低。 為達上述目的,本計畫將延續前期計畫研究成果,進行並完成下列研究工作項目: (1) 完整之園區防救災地理資訊資料庫之建置 (2) 防救災決策支援地理資訊系統之建立 (3) 園區建築物地震損害景況模擬分析 (4) 園區維生管線地震損害景況模擬分析: (5) 推廣前期計畫所完成之建築物耐震評估方法 。In this project, the following five main tasks will be done: (1)Build a complete geographic information database of Hsin-Chu Science Industry Park for disaster prevention and mitigation. (2) Build a GIS based decision supporting system of Hsin-Chu Science Industry Park for disaster prevention and mitigation. (3)Building seismic damage scenario analysis for Science Industry Park (4) Lifeline seismic damage scenario analysis for Science Industry Park (5) Promote the building resistant capacity assessment methods which were developed in previous project .研究期間:9005 ~ 9012
