    Title: 駕駛模擬器視覺系統之整體規劃研究

    Abstract: 本研究重點工作在利用顯示裝置方面軟硬體的支援來加強視覺效果,以使操作者更能融入模擬系統所建構的VR環境中。人眼的正常視野約有180度,而參考國外駕駛模擬器的視覺系統,大都採用3個投影器,視角120度以上,有時亦增加後面的視野約50度。本研究擬先解決前方的視覺效果,因採用PC及網路連線技術,故先用3組投影設備及3組PC建構前方至少120度視野的範圍。來改進前期計劃中的視覺效果。除此之外,在應用研究課題方面,探討車流對駕駛者之影響。此外在技術上,前期研發的運動平台必須與新的模擬視覺系統的電腦相連接,讓操作者對模擬器的操控經由方向盤、踏板等機構將訊號傳入模擬系統之電腦,同時亦送出訊號給油壓伺服控制電腦來控制運動平台,達到所要求的臨場振動感受情境; 及運動平台與虛擬場景間互動反應的探討,包含資料擷取和傳輸、電腦網路連線等,使駕駛者能感受臨場振動的感覺而能融入VR的情境中; 亦是本期研究要繼續加強之部分。同時,為考量駕駛模擬器的教育訓練用途,駕駛者必須隨時適應各種不同的道路狀況與車流情況而改變的排檔、煞車、油門等硬體的操控,亦將記錄於監控電腦中。 The aim of this project is to use some display systems (including software and hardware) to enhance the performance of visual system in virtual reality environment of the driving simulator established for the previous projects of past two years. In this project, it is proposed to use three projectors with three PC to perform the display for the operator. And it will add more VR models and environments, and more interactions between the operator and environment, thus the operator would truly merge in the environments which were created by VR technology. 研究期間:9004 ~ 9011
