摘要: | 隨著科技之進步,遙測之應用範圍亦越來越廣泛,無論是在軍事上、通訊上、氣象上、民生上以及農林漁業上的應用均有顯著的幫助.目前遙測科技在台灣正處於起步階段,不過亦具有些初步成果,並可應用於農林漁業上的相關研究,如遙測海面溫度相對於漁業與污染的研究、植被指數相對於農作物產量與環境變遷之研究、以及遙測分類對於災區(如水患等)與土地開發利用之研究等等.而遙測資料在應用前的先期處理步驟(三維定位和大氣效應訂正)亦為關係研究結果的重要因素之一.本計畫主要之研究方向屬應用導向,在資料面就探測波段而言涵蓋光學與微波,就載具而言,包括飛機及衛星.就研究內涵而言,有幾何與輻射校正準確度的提升.本計畫共分6個研究重點,分別由6個子計畫執行(如下所列),期能在農林漁業應用上,發揮遙測之最大效能. 1. 遙測影像三維定位:應用系統之建立 2. 空載多譜影像自動化幾何改正及配合衛星遙測資料之整合應用 3. 應用衛星資料建立台灣地區動態植被指數資料庫 4. 應用合成孔徑雷達與光學影像於農業區水患之偵測及分析 5. 應用多元多頻衛星資料推估大氣效應訂正參數 6. 合成口徑雷達影像於西海岸養殖區沈陷量測及海岸地形測繪之應用研究計畫. With the progress of theories and techniques, the applications of remote sensing techniques in military, communication, meteorology, agriculture and fishing fields have became more versatile. In the past several years, remote sensing techniques have been applied in some topics, such as sea surface temperature and marine pollution influence in fishing productivity, vegetable index application in agricultural productivity evaluation, remote sensing application in environmental evaluation and landuse plan. Surly, the pre-process stage of remotely sensed data, such three-dimension positioning and atmospheric correction, which influent strongly the final accuracy is one of the most important factors and should be investigated carefully. This study is an application-orientated research and the aim of this study is to focus on these topics regarding the application of remote sensing data. In this study, different data at frequencies, visible and microwave regions, will be used, and data acquired by different platforms, airborne and satellite-borne, will be used. Basically, this research content will make effort in the improvements in accuracy requirements, either in geometrical or radiometric process. Six key research topics will be emphasized in this integral research project for the promoting of remotely sensed data and techniques in agriculture and fishing. The Six sub research topics are listed as the following: 1. Three Dimensional Positioning for Remotely Sensed Images: Establishments of Application Systems. 2. The Automatic Geometric Correction And The Integrative Application of Airborne & Satellite Remote Sensing Data. 3. To Construct the Vegetation Index Database of Taiwan Area by Using the Satellite Data. 4. Application of SAR and Optical Imagery Data to Agricultural Area Flooding Mapping and Analysis. 5. Atmospheric Corrections for the Resource Satellite Images Using Multi-spectral Data from Multi-Satellites. 6.
