    Abstract: 台灣地區近年來因海域油污染所造成的環境災難問題及港區作業困擾有增多的趨勢。由於地面的調查無法有效的偵測及量測海域的油污染。本計畫主要的目的即是利用遙測的資料及技術來偵測海域的油污染。本年度所用的遙測資料主要包含衛星光學影像(SPOT)及衛星雷達影像(ERS-1,2/SAR)。因為油污染在水面上所產生的光譜反應與非油污染的水面會有所不同,因此本計畫將以台灣本島港區及領海為測試區,嘗試發展影像處理的方法來判釋遙測影像上油污染的區域。 The environmental disaster caused by the oil pollution has frequently happened in the waters off Taiwan recently. It is obvious that the ground investigation methods can not effectively detect the oil pollution on the ocean. The main objective of this proposal is to develop the target-oriented image processing techniques to detect the oil slicks on the remote sensing images. It is well known that the presence of the oil slicks on the surface of water will affect the electromagnetic energy reflected from the water surface. Accordingly, the image processing techniques developed in this study is based on the fact that the oil slick has different response values from the water surface on the remote sensing images. This study thus will use the waters off Taiwan as the study areas, and attempt to develop the digital image processing techniques to detect the oil slicks on the remote sensing images. 研究領域:8808 ~ 8912
