Abstract:	計畫目標: ( 1 )配合能資所, 對空載多譜掃瞄影像, 發展幾何自動化改正方法, 尤其是山區影像, 每年提供50捲( 2000行為單位 )給各界使用.( 2 )空載多譜影像於山區分類, 農業土地利用分類, 大比例尺地圖更新, 電子旅遊景觀規劃之應用.( 3 )結合合成口徑雷達影像與衛星遙測資料, 對農業上之土壤, 水份, 及地層下陷之應用.( 4 )利用合成口徑雷達影像干涉, 做數值地形模型資料.( 5 )結合多層次遙測資料( 衛星, 飛機及航空相片 )及相關地理資訊, 做土地利用變遷偵測, 並將操作介面人性化, 系統化與簡單化, 以利業務人員及操作人員之使用.( 6 )結合多層次遙測資料( 衛星, 飛機及航空相片 )及相關地理資訊, 做災害調查, 如崩塌地及斷層之研判.( 7 )將這些高解析力( 2-10公尺 )之空載多譜掃瞄影像, 應用於基本圖( 平地為1/5000, 山地為1/10000, 及經建版1/25000 )之更新, 如道路、河流、建地等.( 8 )建立空載多譜掃瞄影像與空載雷達影像資料庫及其應用重.要工作項目: ( 1 )維持PCI, Earth View INSAR, MIPS, Imagine, ARC/INFO等軟硬體之運作.( 2 )利用GPS資料, 空載多譜影像自動化幾何改正程式PC版本之撰寫與修正, 並以與簡單化.( 3 )利用SPOT Level 10影像, 空載多譜掃瞄資料之幾何改正.( 4 )測試區相關資料之收集與調查.( 5 )陰天空載影像與GPS資料之獲取.( 6 )地圖之數化.( 7 )空載多譜影像應用於地圖更新.預期效益: ( 1 )維持機器、應用軟體、網路與查詢系統之正常運作.( 2 )完成50捲空載多譜掃瞄影像之幾何改正.( 3 )完成去年度農航所飛行之資料庫更新.( 4 )完成測試區地圖之更新.( 5 )完成陰天獲取之影像幾何改正與利用評估. The following items will be carried out in this project: ( 1 )Maintain related computer hardware and software in normal condition.( 2 )Add GPS data and SPOT geo-coded image to modify the geometric correction of airborne MSS images.( 4 )Use airborne MSS image to update the topographic maps ( 5 )Estimate the feasibility of airborne MSS data under cloudy day. 研究期間：9001 ~ 9012
