本計畫研究與設計採用進化演算法之訊號處理方法,其目的在處理Nonlinear, Time Variant與Non-stationary之通道信號,此法結合Neural Network與Fuzzy logic 之結構,具備有智慧型的學習與應變能力,使其系統達到最佳化。本計畫共分兩年,第一年為基礎研究,第二年為通信訊號處理之應用。計畫完成可提供進化演算法的信號處理技術、電信所Common View應用與提升電信網路專家系統之性能。 This project designs a signal processing method using evolutionary algorithms. The purpose is to process signals received from a nonlinear, time variant and nonstationary channel. It combines neural network and fuzzy logic structures. Intelligent learning and adaptive abilities are constructed so that the system is optimized. The project will be finished in two years. The first year is basic study. The second year will be concentrated on signal processing applications. It will provide the technique of evolutionary signal processing, Common View applications of Telcommunication Laboratories of Chunghwa Telecom Company, and promotion of telcommunication network expert systems. 研究期間:9003 ~ 9102
