雷達觀測不受天候與晝夜的影響,對於災害之監測不僅可提供及時的空間資訊,且可調查受災情形,以協助政府達到有效之救災工作。雷達觀測技術係藉由發射及接收雷達回波收集目標物之幾何及介電等特性,並利用都卜勒(Doppler)原理求取目標物之相對速度,故可應用於水文地文之觀測包括流速監測、降雨監測、洪泛監測、數位高程模型繪製、地表覆蓋物分類及變遷偵測及土壤濕度反衍等方面。本年度計畫之工作項目為along-track干涉雷達技術於流速監測效能評估、衛載TRMM及地面雷達於降雨監測效能評估、干涉雷達技術及差分干涉技術於地形及位移監測,期藉多元之雷達觀測技術從事長期性、經常性、大範圍之影像資料蒐集與監測,以對台灣之水文、地文變遷有更精準的瞭解,並藉此蒐集全球雷達觀測技術之發展及應用資料,及整合國內之雷達觀測資源應用於水文及地文監測,以提升國內雷達觀測資料收集之效率。 Radar remote sensing is a all-weather and day-or-night remote sensing technology. It provides the near real-time disaster observations to construct global views of disasters. Radar collects geometric and dielectric properties of targets via transmitting electromagnetic wave and receiving the scattered wave. By applying Doppler's Theory, the relative velocity between radars and targets is estimated. Items of this project include performances identifications of along-track interferometric SAR in current velocity mapping, Precipitation Radar of TRMM and ground-base radar in precipitation monitoring, interferometric SAR and differential INSAR in DEM construction and terrain deformation mapping. The main goal of this proposal is to survey the radar techniques on hydrological and physiographical observations; and integrate the radar observation resources in Taiwan. 研究期間:9101 ~ 9112
