    Abstract: 本研究使用初濕含浸法將Pd(NO3)2.2H2O含浸在具有儲氧/釋氧能力的二氧化鈰擔體上,製備成Pd/CeO2觸媒。另以初濕含浸法及共沉澱法兩種方式將氧化鋯(ZrO2)負載在二氧化鈰上,在將硝酸鈀含浸在Ce1-XZrXO2擔體上,製備成Pd/Ce1-XZrXO2觸媒。另一方面則是將Pt引入Pd/CeO2觸媒中,並進行甲苯完全氧化反應。當中利用各種鑑定方式,如XRD、TEM、BET、ICP、ESCA及H2-TPR來探討不同觸媒特性。BET和活性測試結果顯示,氧化鋯引入二氧化鈰擔體中,是有助於減緩Pd/CeO2觸媒煅燒產生燒結的現象,且可提升觸媒的熱穩定性及耐久性。在Pt引入Pd/CeO2觸媒的結果中,少量的引入白金,有助於增加金屬態鈀(Pd0)的含量,且長時間的煅燒反而有助於活性的提升。1 wt.%Pd/Ce0.9Zr0.1O2-IW粉末觸媒其甲苯完全轉化溫度為190 ℃,且在長達100小時耐久性測試中,其轉化率維持在98 %以上。 The main purpose of this thesis was to study toluene complete oxidation reaction over Pd/CeO2 and Pd/Ce1-XZrXO2. Two catalysts were investigated: One was Pd/CeO2 prepared by impregnation(IM) method, the other was zirconia promoted Pd/CeO2 (Pd/Ce1-XZrXO2) prepared by impregnation and co-precipitation of zirconia on CeO2 and then loading of palladium by impregnation (IM) method. On the other hand, the effect of adding Pt to Pd/CeO2 powder catalyst was also studied. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, TEM, BET, ICP, ESCA and H2-TPR techniques. The BET results (and activity tests) showed that introduced of small amount of zirconia to CeO2, the catalysts showed better thermal stability and less deactivation. The addition of suitable amount of platinum to Pd/CeO2 increased the proportion of metallic palladium (Pd0), and the catalytic activity increased. Complete oxidation of toluene over 1 wt.%Pd/Ce0.9Zr0.1O2-IW powder catalyst occured at 190 ℃, and the toluene conversion maintained above 98 % after 100 hours reaction.
