本計畫之總體目標在於建立我國大學校園之學生團體能夠設計開發學生衛星之能力，以期與歐美先進國家之校園學生體在衛星科技能夠平起平坐。其深遠之影響，則可以充實本土工業在衛星科技上之人才庫，深化我國航空太空科技之根基。 This project attempts to establish the ability of students to design satellite in Taiwan universities. We expect to shorten the technology gap between Taiwan and space advanced countries.
