    Abstract: 本案風力機佈置及風能評估研究範圍針對台中港(圖一)、彰濱工業區(圖二)、麥寮綠化帶(圖三)、四湖防風林(圖四)及林口電廠灰塘區(圖五)等5個廠址,各廠址預定範圍示意圖如附件。主要工作內容如下: (一) 各廠址風速資料分析及整理。 (二) 各廠址地形資料數化分析及整理。 (三) 各廠址至少選取4種以上領先風機製造商其單機容量2000kw ±25﹪範圍內風力機,每一種風機每一廠址至少3種佈置方式,以進行最佳化佈置研究。 (四) 評估各廠址佈置後每台風力機及整個風力電廠之年發電量。 (五) 技術移轉: 1.前述各項工作內容本公司人員參與及訓練。 2.本研究採用之「風能評估及風機佈置」分析系統必須具有實績或認可過(例如WAsP、WindPRO等),完成研究後必須負責建置在台電公司電腦中,並有使用之權利。 3.上述分析系統之理論基礎、適用條件及模擬操作等指導訓練,必須於提送期中報告書前完成。 This project aims to investigate the optimal layout of wind turbines in five wind farms and to estimate the power generation for each wind farms. The five locations are Taichung Harbor, Changbin Industrial Park, Mailiao green belt, Suhoo windbreak forest and the ash dump site of the Linkou Power Plane. The major works include: (i) the collection and analysis of wind speed data for each site; (ii) the collection and analysis of terrain and roughness data for each site; (iii) the study of an optimal layout of each wind farm by applying four different types of wind turbine to at least three different layouts; (iv) the prediction of the annual wind power output for each wind farm and every wind turbine in the wind farm; and (v) transfer of technology including a training course. 研究期間:9208 ~ 9210
