本計畫為雷達觀測技術應用於水文地文變遷之研究三年計畫之第三年,其目的在於整合雷達觀測技術針對降雨、淹水、流速、地表、地形及位移等資訊獲取技術作一全盤之探討並提出改善之建議。本年度之工作重點為地表覆蓋之監測、地形及地表位移之監測、雨滴譜儀於降雨監測、雷達觀測技術之運作機制及作業體系建立等。地表覆蓋監測部分包括全偏極合成孔徑雷達地表覆蓋物分類;ERS-2、ENVISAT-1及RADARSAT-1整合觀測規劃;ENVISAT-1偏極影像分析及模擬;INSAR技術應用於地物分類等。雷達觀測於地形及位移監測部分包括持續改進利用C-波段干涉雷達於地形及位移監測技術並研究L-波段干涉雷達改善位移監測之能力。雷達觀測之運作機制及作業體系建立將針對國內之雷達觀測資源提出整合之建議。 This annual project is the third part of three-year project, Integration of RADAR observation on hydrological and physiographical monitoring. The purpose of this project is to integrate various RADAR technologies on monitoring precipitation, flooding, current velocity, land-cover, terrain, and terrain deformation. The major working items of this year are land-cover classification, terrain and deformation monitoring, 2-D distrometer on improving precipitation observation. On land-cover classification, the classification of fully polarimetric SAR, programming for integrated observation of ERS-2, ENVISAR-1 and RADASAR-1, the simulation and analysis of ENVISAT-1 dual-polarization images, and the classification of interferometric SAR will be performed. On the terrain and deformation monitoring, the C-band interferometric SAR will proceed. The potential of L-band interferometric SAR on terrain deformation monitoring will be assessed in addition. On improving precipitation observation, 2-D distrometer provides rain drop size distribution and is useful to calibrate Z-R relationship locally. 研究期間:9202 ~ 9212
